Stephy Tang Hair Guide

.Please read through this hair guide so you know what is expected.
.Hair that is not greasy, dandruff free and in good condition is important for this hairstyle. So if your hair is greasy/dirty hop in the shower, wash it and blow dry in sections. Don’t turn the blow dryer onto the high setting because we do not want to expose too much heat onto your hair.

.Plug in a medium sized curling iron and allow it to heat up. While you are waiting, Brush through your hair to get rid of any knots. Apply some heat protection onto your hair and brush it out onto your hair. Take the heated curling iron and place it vertically and them use the iron’s clamp and clamp a section of your hair and roll it around the iron keeping the iron vertically and stay in this position for 10-15 seconds. After you have waited for 10-15 seconds, carefully drag the iron down still keeping the iron vertical and release the clamp. A strand of hair should be curled. Now do this to all of your hair.

.You should have medium sized curls throughout your hair. Now pull back your fringe/bangs or the front section of your hair along with the top half section of your hair and secure it with a hair tie. If your bangs/fringe falls down, pin them back up with some bobby pins. Also the front section shouldn’t be totally flat; it should be a bit puffy like Stephy’s hair. You should now have a half down/half up ponytail look.

.I recommend that you spray some hairspray onto your hair so to hold the look and so your curls don’t fall apart. Enjoy your Stephy inspired hairstyle!
