Rainie Yang's Curls - Hair Guide

.Make sure that your hair is not dirty and not greasy. If it is, give your hair a wash and blow dry in sections in a low or medium setting. This hairstyle works best if you have not washed your hair the day you are doing this style or washing your hair might weaken the bonds in your hair which might make curling your hair harder as the curls can fall apart easily. To make your hair look nice and silky as well as giving it a boost, use a spray-on leave in conditioner.

.Plug in and heat up a medium sized spiral curling iron. Brush through your hair making sure you take out any knots. Also brush your bangs/fringe forward like Rainie. Apply some heat protection products onto your hair to prevent the heat of your iron from damaging your hair and making it unmanageable (you wouldn’t want crunchy hair right?).

.Take your heated spiral curling iron and wrap a small section of your hair around the iron and hold for 20-25 seconds and release. The seconds really actually depends on how thick your hair is so feel free to hold longer or shorter if you have to. Do this until all of your hair is nicely curled.

.It is important that after you have finished curling your hair that you spray all your curls with some hairspray that is designed to hold curls so they don’t fall apart. Now you are finished!
